Application and advantages
Rubber accelerator ZDMC (PZ) is suitable for butyl rubber with compression deformation and nitrile rubber with excellent aging resistance. It is also suitable for EPDM. Its vulcanization temperature is 100℃, and the activity is stronger than the accelerator TMTD, but the activity is stronger at low temperatures, the coking tendency is large, and it is easy to cause early vulcanization when mixing.
Accelerator ZDMC has activation effects on thiazoles and secondary sulfonamide accelerators and can be used as the second accelerator. With the increase in the amount of DM, the scorch resistance also increased. Because it is tasteless, non-toxic, non-pollution, and has no color, so suitable for rubber and plastic foam, adhesive cloth, self-sulfur glue, food, and medical rubber products. The effect is better in EPDM, butyl rubber and other products.
