Diisopropyl peroxydicarbonate is a free radical initiator used for the polymerization or copolymerization of vinyl chloride and other monomers. When Initiator IPP is used alone for vinyl chloride polymerization, the dosage is 0.02%~0.03%. It can also be combined with a low-activity initiator to increase the reaction rate in the later stages of polymerization and adjust the apparent density and thermal stability of PVC. The compound dosage is: azobisisobutyronitrile AIBN (azobisisobutyronitrile) 0.02%~0.065%, IPP 0.007%~0.02%.
