MBTS(DM) is usually used together with thiurams, dithiocarbamates, aldehydesamines, and guanidine accelerators. It is usually used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, tape and other industrial products. MBTS can also act as a plasticizer or retarder in neoprene.
