Application and advantages

Rubber accelerator TBzTD(Tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide)is an environmentally friendly rubber vulcanization accelerator, used in natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber, and nitrile rubber systems. It can be used as a rapid primary accelerator or secondary accelerator.
TBzTD is safer to use and has a longer anti-scorch time than the accelerator TMTD. It is sometimes used as a vulcanization inhibitor for PVC rubber. No blooming, no pollution, no discoloration.
