Usage: This product is a thiourea accelerator. This kind of accelerator has a low promoting effect and poor anti-burning performance, so it is rarely used for diene rubber, but in special circumstances, such as sulfur donor vulcanization with thiuram sulfide. This product has the function of the active agent. Thiourea accelerators have a unique effect on the vulcanization of chloroprene adhesive, which can be prepared with good properties such as tensile strength, hardness, compression, and permanent deformation. Compared with NA-22 (ethylthiourea), this product has faster coking and vulcanization, but better vulcanization flatness. This product disperses easily and does not spray frost. When the amount is large, high temperature and high-speed vulcanization can be carried out, especially suitable for continuous vulcanization of pressed products. This product is also a butyl adhesive accelerator and an ethylene ternary rubber vulcanizing active agent. Thiazoles and sulfanilides can be activated in natural and butadiene gum. It has an antioxidant effect on natural rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, and styrene butadiene rubber. Generally used for manufacturing industrial rubber products, special wire, sponge products, etc. The general dosage of chloroprene compound is 0.25 to 1 part. The dosage of natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber is 0.3~1.5 parts, combined with 0.3~1.5 parts of accelerator DM. It is also used in the preparation of corrosion inhibitor Rodine 31A.
