Application and advantages
Accelerator DBTU(1,3-Dibutyl-2-thiourea)is a vulcanization accelerator for chloroprene rubber. It also promotes the vulcanization of natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, and ethylene-propylene diene rubber.
DBTU is also an anti-ozonant for natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile and styrene-butadiene rubber. It has good dispersion in rubber and does not bloom, pollute or discolor. DBTU is mainly used in wires, industrial products and sponge products.
