Usage: This product is an imidazoline based vulcanizing accelerator, which can be used for chloroprene rubber, chlorohydrin rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, etc. It is particularly suitable as a safety accelerator for chlorobutylamine in non vulcanized systems. By selecting the appropriate blending system, rapid and optimal vulcanization can be carried out at temperatures between 100-500 ℃, and the operation is completely safe. Its vulcanized products have high tensile strength and minimal permanent compression deformation, making it effective for non vulcanized systems of W-type (i.e. 54-1 chloroprene rubber). It is usually used in conjunction with zinc oxide and magnesium oxide in oxygen chemistry books, mainly for industrial products, covered wires, shoes, and other chloroprene rubber products. This product is also an auxiliary brightener for copper sulfate. It is also used as an intermediate in fine chemistry for the manufacture of antioxidants, insecticides, fungicides, dyes, drugs, and synthetic resins.
