1333-86-4 Carbon black reinforcing agent and filler for rubber products is used as a reinforcing agent and filler for natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and their combined rubbers.
Its particle size is slightly larger than super wear-resistant furnace black, and its processing performance is better than standard structure high abrasion furnace black. The wear resistance, tensile strength and tear resistance of vulcanized rubber containing standard structure varieties of furnace black are better than those of high abrasion furnace black. But the heat generation is higher.
This product is mostly used in high-grade rubber products, and its wide application is second only to high abrasion furnace black. It is mainly used for tire tread rubber, and is often used together with high wear-resistant furnace black in load-carrying tire tread rubber; it is also used for large conveyor belts, transmission belt covering rubber and wear-resistant rubber rollers.
