Application and advantages
Standard structure high abrasion furnace black is suitable for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It is a carbon black with strong reinforcing properties. It can give the rubber material good tensile properties, tear resistance and wear resistance. The rolling loss of passenger tires using this product is only greater than that of N351 among N330 series carbon blacks, and is smaller than other varieties.
This product has good processing performance, is easily dispersed in rubber, and has a smooth extruded surface. The wear resistance of vulcanized rubber equipped with this product is better than that of groove black. The tensile strength and elongation at break are high.
High abrasion furnace black (HAF) has a wide range of applications and is often used in products requiring good wear resistance, such as tire tread rubber, side tires, solid tires, roller outer layers, high-strength conveyor belts, bicycle tires, rubber hoses, and rubber rollers , rubber shoes, cable sheaths and other industrial rubber products, etc.
The blackness of this product is slightly lower than that of N220, and its oil absorption and iodine value are not high. It is also widely used in paint factories as industrial raw materials.
