Introduction To Rubber Auxiliaries

Rubber auxiliaries cause vulcanization of natural rubber. After more than 80 years of research, until the 20th century to the 1930s, with the vulcanization of the basic varieties of 2-merhydrylbenzothiazole and its sulfoamide derivatives and the industrialization of p-phenylenediamine antioxidant, rubber additives have basically formed a system. Rubber auxiliaries are in a stable period, and the output of two main organic auxiliaries, vulcanization accelerator and antioxidant, is about 4% of raw rubber consumption. The production of rubber auxiliaries abroad is quite concentrated, and Bayer AG of Federal Germany and Monsanto Company of the United States are the most important manufacturers. The production of rubber auxiliaries (refers to organic auxiliaries) in China began in 1952.
