Application and advantages
Rubber Accelerator ZMBT(Zinc 2-mercaptobenzothiazole)is mainly used as the main accelerator together with ZDMC or ZDEC in latex. Latex films vulcanized with ZMBT(MZ)have higher modulus. In addition, good compression deformation resistance can be obtained in foam rubber without increasing the vulcanization time.
ZMBT(MZ)is mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, tape and other general industrial products and latex products.
