Application and advantages

Accelerator TDEC can be used in continuously vulcanized products to improve the tensile strength and modulus of the products. It is not suitable for use in food-contact rubber products.
In addition, because large amounts of softening oil can reduce the vulcanization rate, TDEC is particularly suitable for use in soft rubber materials with high oil content, such as low-hardness solid EPDM sealing strips or sponge sealing strips. Vulcanization accelerator TDEC is mainly used in the manufacture of inner tubes, cable insulation layers, hoses, etc.
