Rubber accelerator DIBS (N,N-DIISOPROPYLBENZOTHIAZOLE-2-SULFENAMIDE) has a wide vulcanization flatness, and generally can use higher vulcanization temperatures (130~160℃).
Accelerator DIBS is commonly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, tapes, industrial products, etc. The general dosage is 0.4~1.5 parts, combined with 2.5~0.5 parts of sulfur.
