Application and advantages

Rubber Accelerator DZ/DCBS (N,N-Dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolsulfene amide) is suitable for rubber materials with a large amount of highly active reinforcing agents, and is also suitable for rubber materials based on polybutadiene rubber or recycled rubber.
The vulcanized rubber produced with this product has relatively good mechanical properties, especially dynamic properties, and high elasticity and elongation strength. Because vulcanized rubber has a bitter taste, it is not suitable for manufacturing rubber products that come into contact with food.
Accelerator DZ/DCBS is mainly used to manufacture tires, tapes, shock-absorbing products and backing rubber for retreading tires. The general dosage is 0.5~1 part, and the sulfur is about 2.5 parts.
