Application and advantages

Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT) is highly volatile and easily dispersed in rubber. It can be directly mixed into rubber or added to latex as a dispersion. It is widely used in natural rubber, various synthetic rubbers and their latex.

Antioxidant 264 does not discolor or pollute, and is used in various white, bright-colored and transparent rubber and latex products, as well as daily, medical and health, tape, rubber shoes and food rubber products.

Its general dosage in rubber is 0.5 to 3 parts, and it will not bloom if the dosage is increased to 3 to 5 parts.

This product can also be used as a stabilizer for post-processing and storage of synthetic rubber, and can be used for styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, chloroprene rubber and other rubber types.
