1. Vulcanization accelerator ZBEC (ZBDC) is a main or auxiliary (super) accelerator with fast vulcanization speed and low vulcanization activity temperature. It can be used instead of accelerators ZDEC, ZDBC and ZDMC.
2. ZBEC is a non-carcinogen. Among all zinc dithiocarbamate salt accelerators, it has longer scorch resistance and better resistance to early vulcanization in latex.

It can be used as the main accelerator or secondary accelerator in natural rubber and synthetic rubbers such as EPDM, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR, etc., and is different from traditional.

Compared with dithiocarbamate accelerators,ZBEC(ZBDC)has higher processing safety. Alkaline accelerators can activate this product, and ZBEC can also activate thiazole or sulfenamide accelerators. When the dosage is the same, the elongation stress of the vulcanizate of ZBEC is similar to that of other dithiocarbamates.
